Are You in the Sonlight?
I encourage you to closely examine your life and see if you are truly living according to God's will. Many of us believe we are... We are involved in church weekly, we give to charity, we don't do anything too bad. If you are one that believes something similar to this, then be careful. You are considered "lukewarm"--not hot or cold, but in the middle. Revelation 3.15-16 says, “I know all the things you do, that you are neither hot nor cold. I wish that you were one or the other! But since you are like lukewarm water, neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth!" God will not claim us if we are lukewarm Christians!
If you have not yet accepted God's gift of Jesus Christ and would like to do so, good for you! All you need to do is to let Him know. If you can't find the words to do it on your own, it's okay. Just say something similar to what's below. God will know if you're sincere. If you are, get ready for the ride of a lifetime!
God, I believe Jesus came to save me. I know that I am a sinner. Please forgive me. I want you to come into my heart, and so I am giving you my life. Please have Your will with it. Amen.
